Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are closed on weekends. Large orders may require additional processing time.We currently ship to the all countries
Shipping time within the United States is 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the item you order and the distance the package must travel. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. Shipping time in Canada is 6-20 business days, depending on the service used to ship the package.
We may periodically offer free shipping on orders over $10. This promotion is not always available. Orders shipping to the lower 48 states will qualify for free shipping if the order total (before discounts and taxes) exceeds $10. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and/or Canada are not eligible for this promotion.
Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, fees and taxes associated with their shipments. If a package is declined, the full product cost will be refunded to the customer once the package is returned to our location. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
From time to time carrier delays may occur. If you experience a late delivery and your package does not appear delivered within 30 days of the ship date, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment. We will not issue refunds or reship items until 30 days have passed. Canadian shipments are not eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If a Canadian shipment does not appear delivered 30 days after the estimated shipping time, you may be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
If a package is marked “Return to Sender” by the carrier due to insufficient address or any other reason, the customer will be refunded only the cost of the product. These orders are not eligible for a refund of original shipping charges and your refund will be made after the order is returned to us.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the address correctly on their order. We will be happy to edit the shipping address for any orders that have not yet been processed for shipment, however, michalllc.store is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. To change your address, please email ceo@michalllc.store. thank you for understanding.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect that you are purchasing products for resale.
